Amidst the fears I am experiencing going into birth, I remember that I was made and built for this.

My body was perfectly designed with birth in mind.

There is nothing to fear, as I am nature herself, just doing her thing.

I don’t have to think. My body will do it on her own in the perfect way.

My body is paving the path for my baby to come down & through, as the portal opens between the worlds.

My baby knows exactly what to do, and so do I .
.
We are working together in perfect harmony.

I as the mother, am being fully held too and there is nothing put in my path or experience that I cannot handle.

My pains, contractions, feelings cannot be more powerful than me because they are me.
.
I breathe in and out knowing that inside me I hold the breathe of life & creation.

I am powerful enough to create life itself.

With each wave, I invite it in and welcome it all, for it brings me closer and closer to meeting my baby.

Birth is nature & nature is the Mother.
